Resizing Video For Instagram Feed Post
Once you have downloaded the app, open it up and log in. From the home page, select “Post” with the Instagram icon. You will then go to the Instagram post templates page.
Here you have lots of great options to make your video stand out from the rest, on social media. They are all automatically sized to fit an Instagram feed post. You can pick from the free options or take it to the next level by trying Mojo Pro!
After you’ve selected your video template, click the "Add" icon to add your video. Tap and hold to drag your video to where you want it in the frame. Add stickers or text and you’re done!
Save your video or post it directly to Instagram.
Resize Your Video To Fit Instagram Stories
Instagram stories are a great way to connect with your followers. Since Instagram introduced Stories, people have increased their time on the app. Over 400 million people spend around 28 minutes per day on Instagram.

For Instagram Reels you want your video to go the full width and height of the phone screen. Select your template and upload your video by clicking the “Add” icon. Drag your video into the frame where you want it to appear.

Square Video Sizing For Instagram
